Yes! We all sign a Non-Disclosure and Marketing Services Agreement to protect your business strategies and solidify the trajectory of your marketing campaign under our care. This agreement includes a 100% satisfaction guarantee and obligates us to work for free until your predetermined goals are met.
To run paid targeted ads on Facebook for your business, our team will securely store your username & password to ensure rapid, on-demand access to your business page. This allows our team to make urgent, critical adjustments to campaigns as needed. Seasoned Facebook accounts are available for rent starting at $1500/mo.
Yes. You may use as many Facebook accounts as you wish depending on your advertising budget. We offer discounts when you add accounts to your marketing plan with savings up to 50%.
Within 3-5 business days. There is information that we will collect from you during this time, including ad content (photos, text, links and contact info.), Facebook login info, target market locations, etc.
Yes, but not on Facebook Marketplace. Phone numbers on Marketplace are automatically censored and show as [Hidden Information]. Attempts to circumvent this rule may work for a short time but have been known to result in permanent account bans, so it's best to pass along phone numbers once customers message you.
Yes! For every client you refer to us, we will discount your monthly service by $100 for every $3k+/month client you bring to us . There is no limit to this and some clients are receiving services for free because of their influence. We are constantly expanding and love when our clients refer their friends, family and associates to us.
Facebook Marketplace is not available to new users. This is done to protect genuine marketplace users from spam and abuse. The time it takes for Marketplace to become available is between 30 and 90 days. Even when Marketplace does become available, you will be prompted to verify your identity by uploading a photo ID among other requirements. We recommend you open a new account ASAP.
No. Linking buy-and-sell groups to your ads is a proven way to target a larger audience and sell more products. When you have decided which groups you would like to join, we will link your ads to those groups for no additional cost.
Facebook Marketplace doesn't always show ads in the order that they were posted and the tech company uses multiple servers. This can be frustrating to some users. If you are having trouble finding your ads, we will send you the link to view them directly. The Facebook algorithm is worth millions, if not billions, of dollars and it is constantly changing but this change drives our innovation.
Yes. Our 1/2 hour Advanced Marketing Strategy Consultation ($150) covers the steps needed for your success and is refunded with the first $5000 of creative/strategic spend or pay-per-lead marketing.
No. Credit card, cash, certified check, money order or wire transfer. We do not allow chargebacks and keep careful records, with screenshots and screen recordings, to prove that we've completed services. Any attempt to charge back or steal intellectual property will be prosecuted with vigor.
If you're banned from using Marketplace, it's because you didn't follow Facebook's Community Standards or Commerce Policy. We offer a proprietary technique that restores access to Marketplace with much higher probability than traditional appeal methods and it is available for purchase on our web store. If you are paying for lead generation services on your Marketplace when it gets banned, we do not offer a refund but may elect to provide an advertising credit to be used for alternative services like SEO or paid advertising.
Absolutely. It is in our best interest to abide by the rules you set for using your account. We hope to earn your trust and, as a trust building exercise, we will formalize a sworn privacy statement promising to respect your terms regarding the use of your account.
This is highly subjective and variable. We can guarantee to bring you both high-quality leads and ads, but your ability to close sales will ultimately determine the ROAS. The ROAS also varies between product based and service based businesses. If you're struggling to close deals, we offer comprehensive sales training for several business categories and provide the strategies, techniques and confidence needed to master the art of closing. General range for successful companies using MarketMaster is 10x-20x ROAS.
Yes. We do not discriminate with regards to who we advertise for. Please note, however, that it is significantly more difficult to advertise for services on Facebook Marketplace due to their restrictive commerce policy. We have strategies to work around Facebook's rules which is one reason why our services are so highly valued.
Cancellations are certainly allowed, but subscriptions for websites and ads will also be cancelled and unrecoverable unless rights hav been purchased. Subscriptions will end immediately upon cancellation with deletion of all ads used for lead generation. Cancellation with bad intent, such as to steal our intellectual property, will also result in immediate deletion of ads but, if accounts are made inaccessible, those ads will instead be flagged until they are no longer available.

Note: Advertising success doesn't translate into business success and there is much more required to boost sales than just getting customers in the door.
Refunds are only available in the event of accidental billing. If you violate Facebook's rules and lose access before we can fulfill your monthly order, we may elect to credit you for alternative lead generation services. If accounts are suspended due to flagging by dissatisfied customers, no credit will be given. It's important to follow the rules and respect your customers so they don't flag your ads! All sales are final and no chargebacks are allowed.
We begin the campaign build within 3-5 days and the rate at which leads come in is highly variable, depending on what type of business you have, your geographic region, the time of year, etc. For categories like appliances, contractor supplies, flooring and other popular need-based goods, leads come in quickly, often as soon as the ads are live. For less in-demand goods and services like hot tubs or those with major competition like flooring installation, lead-volume is less important and our goal is improved quality. Facebook Ads can take 1 week to 3 months to fully optimize targeting and creatives but have a compounding effect; in addition to the leads you're getting now, the brand presence and following you build over time equates to greater exposure and facilitates sales.
If business becomes slow, you'll be scheduled for a consultation to assess what may be going wrong. There are numerous reason why business can be slow, including time of the month, time of the year, holidays, Facebook violations and shadow-banning, flagging by dissatisfied customers or vengeful competitors, an unappealing offer, low quality product photos, a disorganized store, unprofessional salespeople, unimpressive websites and a weak brand.
Our policies only allow us to assess this data after 3 months of continuous advertising. This prevents anomalous slow-downs from being misinterpreted as the result of ineffective marketing. If ads perform poorly for extended periods of time despite multiple revisions, low Facebook account quality, restrictions and shadow-banning may be the cause. However, if business is slow due to sub-optimal store operations like poorly trained salespeople, it is our client's responsibility to resolve shortcomings and bottlenecks.
We allow up to two edits on Facebook business page posts before they are converted to paid ads, but only select content can be edited and our experts have the final say in what can be posted to Facebook & Google. If client preferences interfere with the potential to convert leads into customers because of improper aesthetics, function or algorithm optimization, we do NOT allow them for your own protection. Examples include requests to use bad photos or text that is irrelevant to the product being advertised. We do not allow any edits to Facebook Marketplace listings or changes to be made after they have been posted. We work with the Facebook algorithm to generate the highest volume of leads with optimized photos and ad templates that are not eligible for editing. Our system is like loaded dice that will bring you accelerated results, while your experimentation with what might make a good ad is a major gamble.
Business page posts that have been created for your company are yours to keep and you may promote them at your own discretion. Marketplace ads that are purchased exclusively are also yours and you may duplicate and recirculate them. Any ads done as part of a monthly subscription to lead generation services on Marketplace or for pay-per-lead marketing are the property of MarketMaster and will be deleted upon cancellation of services.
Our responsibility of generating qualified leads and delivering them to you on time is what we pride ourselves on. To guarantee that you get the most out of service, a fully optimized sales funnel is necessary. If the greeter at your front door scares away prospective customers, you'll want to fix that before paying for advertising. If your salespeople can't close deals, the leads you buy will go to waste. We offer comprehensive training for new businesses and teach executives how to manage their share of responsibilities. This training covers topics like how to familiarize your team with a third party marketing agency, how your salespeople should approach customers who have responded to our advertising, what to do if a customer is dissatisfied with your offer, where to place signage for maximum impact, how to redirect customers who want out-of-stock inventory, etc.
The risk reduction for our clients afforded by this system is robust, but there is also risk reduction built in for us due to the reality that many small businesses who wish to utilize our services are not equipped to scale at the pace we require. For those capable, our solution is complete.
Once prospective customers visit our client's stores/websites, it is the ultimate responsibility of store owners and their staff to push for deals to close (or to ensure that website click-funnels are optimized for conversions as a result of effective web development).
As virtual assistants/agents, we are only so powerful in our influence over the actions of prospective customers, so the final burden of converting store traffic to new paying customers is carried by store owners and the staff they delegate to. We can warm the leads up and qualify them, we can send them into stores with their wallets out, but if the buying experience in-house isn't good (a common problem with small businesses), potential customers very well may leave empty handed. Because of this, our responsibilities extend to:
1.) Design, creation and publication of premium, optimized ads, logos, websites and brands.
2.) Generating the real leads needed to meet client's monthly goals and working/warming them up so that they are ready to buy.
3.) Delivering the leads to clients in a quick and efficient way so all that is left is to close the deals.
To deliver qualified leads to meet the individual monthly goals of each client. If we fall short and aren't able to generate any of the leads we promise to deliver, we make good on our promise by crediting clients for those leads in the following month. Due to holidays and unforeseen circumstances like the Coronavirus, it isn't unreasonable for some months of business to be slower than others. However, we never exploit this and leave clients hanging; every marketing dollar you put in will result in value and we continue working until every last lead is delivered.
Note: Each unique small business has different hours of operation which plays a significant role in success as well. Closing early or posting unusual business hours greatly limits the flexibility that potential customers have when buying from you. Clients who close all weekend, for example, miss out on that customer base who works all week and can only get out to shop on weekends. We can do the work, but if in-house operations limit the potential of a business, it's the store owner's responsibility to correct that bottleneck.
Since we've seen bottlenecks like this wreak havoc on small businesses, we now offer sales and success training for a special subset of clients, including appliance store owners, granite and marble fabricators, hot tub salespeople, contractor supply salespeople and more! Feel like your team might be botching the sales with leads you've invested money in? Our program is designed to correct common sales mistakes, enrich staff and store owners with effective modern sales strategies and to ultimately help clients reach their business goals.
